There are various employment schemes for the employment generation, but the problem is more or less same. What do you think, what are the reasons behind this?

since the time of independence unemployment is one of the biggest challenge in front of our government. There are various schemes like PradhanMantri Gram SadakYojana (PMGSY), 



Swarnjayanti Gram SwarozgarYojana (SGSY), Sampoorna (SGRY), National Food for Work Programme (NFFWP),SwarnaJayantiShahariRozgarYojana (SJSRY) and  MGNREGA etc., for eradication of unemployment attempt to solve the problem, by providing financial assistance for setting up businesses, skill honing, setting up public sector enterprises, reservations in governments, etc. but despite all these attempts the unemployment rate is still very high in our country. There are various reasons for this situation e.g.corruption- the wide spread corruption in our administration is one of the major problem, lack of awareness, lack of participation, Lack of education, red-tapism and procedural difficulties etc.
